Transmission quality in a multimedia communication and
error correction are discussed as well as multimedia
transmission systems.  Technology of an information network
systems and the next generation communication system are
discussed from the viewpoint of design of information
transmission systems.

Electrical Measurement (Faculty of Engineering)

It aims at understanding and learning the various fundamental of 
electrical measurement technology, which is indispensable for the
departments of electronic and information engineering of this university.
The lecture is given about the minimum matter required for the
above-mentioned purpose.
It aims at understanding the essence of those principles rather than
acquisition of the knowledge about each measurement apparatus.

Image Engineering (Tohoku Bunka Gakuen University)

The fundamental concept is learned by the history and the fields
of image engineering and the outline of the television system
which are the most fundamental image system.
A lecture is given on each stage of generating, transmission, and
display about the handling of image signals which systematically
includes its principle, the configuration and operation of each
devices and systems.
Furthermore, the lecture is given about the fundamental processing
methods video processing, and computer processing
of image processing and image recognition sytems,

Electrical Communication Engineering (Ishinomaki Senshu University)

The lecture is given on the processing and transmission of information
and signals, and system configurations about examples of fundamental
electronic communication systems.


As of June 2002
